We offer complimentary return and exchanges on all items purchased via our website, until 14 days after receipt. In certain cases we may offer an extension of the return period. Please contact us for more information. To request a pre-paid return DHL label please contact customerservice@annettewelander.com We will credit back the card used upon receipt.
