We are committed to support;<br \/>\nFair wages and working hours<br \/>\nSafe and healthy working environments<br \/>\nEqual treatment and opportunities for all workers<br \/>\nThe ellimination of forced and child labour<br \/>\nProtection from harassment, abuse, and discrimination<br \/>\nWe pay particular attention to vulnerable groups, including women, migrant workers, and low-wage laborers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Responsible Sourcing of Raw Materials<\/strong><br \/>\nEven recycled materials can pose human rights risks. We strive to ensure that all our raw materials are sourced responsibly and traceably, with suppliers who;<br \/>\nAdhere to Internationally recognized human rights standards<br \/>\nProvide transparency on origin (e.g. certified recycled gold, conflict-free diamonds)<br \/>\nFollow best practices for environmental and labour conditions in pearl farming<br \/>\nWe work towards verifying
